At Lore and Threads we don't just read... we set the scene!

Imagine this: Its raining outside, your snuggled up in your favourite reading spot, you have a hot drink in one hand and a book in the other (of course), there's a candle burning and you've got your luxury bookish slippers on to match the mood. 

Born from a love of storytelling and comfort comes Lore and Threads. 

Lore and Threads Founder:

I'm Louise the founder of Lore and Threads. Slippers have always been a part of my wardrobe, I like to be comfy at all times especially at home. When I fell in love with reading again a few years ago and I was looking for comfy bookish merchandise because for me reading and comfort go hand in hand. I felt like there was something missing from the market, nothing captured the true feeling of the cosy ritual of reading.

I am someone who when invested in a book or book series it kinda becomes my whole personality (if that's you too can we be friends?) and wanted a way to bring my favourite genres, tropes and themes into my reality. I wanted to step into the story I was reading.
